Terms of Service
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ACPrivilege.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ACPrivilege.ai provides limited-scope, AI-assisted legal review supervised by licensed attorneys. The Service uses artificial intelligence tools under attorney direction to analyze legal questions and documents. This is a preliminary review service, not full legal representation. Each consultation is a standalone, single-matter engagement.
3. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals and small businesses that are residents of or physically located in the following states: New York, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, and Florida. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
4. Limited Scope of Engagement
Each consultation is a single, limited engagement for the specific matter described. No ongoing attorney-client relationship is formed until (a) a conflicts check has been completed, and (b) a formal engagement letter has been signed by both parties. The preliminary review provided through the Service does not constitute full legal representation.
5. Practice Area Limitations
The Service currently focuses on small business matters, divorce, and estate planning. We do not accept matters involving tort claims, personal injury, complex litigation, or criminal defense. If your matter falls outside our practice areas, we will inform you and may refund your consultation fee.
6. Fee Structure
Consultations are offered at a flat fee ranging from $50 to $450, depending on the complexity and type of matter. The fee is disclosed before payment. Fees are non-refundable once attorney review has begun. If you cancel before the attorney engagement phase, a full refund will be processed. Promotional codes may be applied to reduce or waive consultation fees.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Legal outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The information and analysis provided through the Service is based on the facts you supply and applicable law as understood at the time of the consultation. Prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes. You should not rely solely on the consultation output for critical legal decisions without seeking additional counsel if warranted.
8. Privilege Protection
Communications within the consultation are intended to be protected by attorney-client privilege once you have accepted the engagement terms and the consultation is supervised by a licensed attorney. The AI analysis is conducted as a tool under attorney supervision within the attorney-client relationship. Do not share the deliverable with third parties without consulting your reviewing attorney, as doing so may waive privilege.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACPrivilege.ai and its attorneys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any consultation provided through the Service shall be governed by the laws of the state you select for your consultation matter (New York, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, or Florida). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable state.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
