2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide legal consultation services under attorney supervision
  • To process payments and issue refunds
  • To facilitate AI-assisted analysis as a tool under attorney direction
  • To generate privileged work product deliverables
  • To communicate with you about your consultations
  • To improve and maintain the Service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase: secure database hosting and authentication
  • Stripe: payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI): used as analytical tools under attorney supervision within the attorney-client relationship
  • Resend: transactional email delivery
  • Vercel: application hosting

All AI analysis is conducted under the direction and supervision of a licensed attorney as part of the legal consultation. Your consultation data is processed as attorney work product.

4. Data Retention

We retain consultation records, communications, and deliverables for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with legal record-keeping requirements. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies on all database tables, and access controls limiting data visibility to authorized participants only.

6. Attorney-Client Privilege

Information shared within a consultation is treated as privileged communication between you and your reviewing attorney. We maintain strict confidentiality of all consultation contents. Our systems are designed to ensure that only authorized participants (you and your assigned attorney) can access consultation data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to access your personal information
  • The right to correct inaccurate information
  • The right to request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to opt out of certain data processing
